Week 13

Day of pre-op diet: 367.9lbs
Pre-surgery: 341.7lbs
10.10.2017: 297lbs
Total Loss: 70lbs

Hit another milestone! Finally below 300lbs! Yay!

Accomplishments:
Below 300lbs
Standing quad stretch (thighs were too big before)
Period stopped (it lasted almost 3 months so it totally counts)
Getting my ass to the gym more

Struggles:
Pancake boobs (that is how I refer to them now)
Hair loss (worse in the shower)
Weight loss stalls

I am going to have to take a picture soon to see if I can actually see the difference. It’s hard to see any change when you look at yourself each day.
